Actor Saif Ali Khan has recently acquired a luxury residence at The St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, located in The Pearl, Doha. This purchase comes merely three months after he experienced a distressing knife attack at his Mumbai home. Saif expressed that his decision to invest in the Qatari property was influenced by considerations of safety, comfort, and accessibility, noting, “It’s very safe and it feels very good to be there.”

Saif highlighted the appealing aspects of the property’s location, describing it as achieving a perfect equilibrium between luxury and privacy. He remarked, “It felt like home away from home.” During his stay at the property while filming, he appreciated the exquisite menus, the leisurely lifestyle, and the breathtaking views available on the island. Saif looks forward to sharing this retreat with his family, including his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and their sons, Taimur and Jehangir.

This acquisition follows a traumatic incident earlier this year on January 16, when Saif was attacked by an intruder during an attempted robbery at his Bandra apartment, resulting in significant injuries, particularly to his thoracic spine. Saif spent five days recuperating at Lilavati Hospital.

Despite the challenges he faced, Saif remains active in his career, with his upcoming role in the Netflix thriller, Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins, set to debut on April 25.
