As the session progressed, the order shifted significantly. Álex Márquez surged to first place, with Fermín Aldeguer climbing to second, which briefly pushed Marc to third before he reclaimed the lead. Shortly thereafter, Fabio Di Giannantonio from Pertamina Enduro VR46/Ducati positioned himself in second, separating the Márquez brothers, while Francesco Bagnaia from Ducati found himself in fifth place.

Ultimately, Marc Márquez secured the top position with a lap time of 1m37.889s, although he did not improve his time further. Álex Márquez followed closely in second, just 0.001 seconds behind, with Di Giannantonio in third, 0.348 seconds off the leading pace. Completing the top five were Bezzecchi and Bagnaia, while Joan Mir from Honda HRC Castrol was the highest-placed non-Ducati rider, finishing in seventh.
