Joining him are Franco Aldana, who brings his training from renowned culinary schools to Feliz in Malaysia, Rubén Rodrigo Serrano, a master of Japanese-Peruvian fusion at DIP Nikkei in the Philippines, and Pier López, known for his creative takes on Nikkei cuisine at Yunka Nikkei in Vietnam.
