Additionally, active winds may result in sandstorms in Al Qassim, Medina, and coastal regions of the Tabuk area. Over the weekend, western regions, including Mecca, witnessed significant rainfall. Despite the torrential downpour, pilgrims remained steadfast in performing their rituals at the Grand Mosque, the holiest site in Islam, as highlighted in a video shared by Mecca authorities.

Furthermore, Jeddah recently faced heavy downpours that resulted in severe flooding, with social media depicting flash floods occurring northeast of the city. Citizens are encouraged to remain cautious during this weather period as conditions may change rapidly.
