Enhancing Education in Saint Vincent: Tzu Xing Foundation’s Generous Contributions

Led by President Liza Lin, the ceremonials included the opening of a culinary vocational classroom at West St. George Secondary School, the donation of assistive devices for visually impaired students at Fair Hall Governmental School, and the inauguration of a science laboratory at Troumaca Ontario Secondary School. The total value of these donations reached approximately USD 110,000.
Hon. Curtis King, the Minister of Education, along with H.E. Fiona Huei-Chun Fan, the Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to SVG, co-hosted these events. They were attended by senior educational administrators, school principals, and a multitude of teachers and students from the participating institutions. Additionally, Minister Keisal Peters and Minister Carlos James represented the government at the ceremonies held at West St. George Secondary School and Troumaca Ontario Secondary School, respectively.
Ambassador Fan recognized the generous contributions of the Tzu Xing Foundation, noting their role in enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation between Taiwan and SVG.
