This program is scheduled to commence in April and will consist of 33 holes totaling 2,500 meters, with the bulk of the drilling—2,000 meters—taking place at Etango North-East and 450 meters at Swakopmund.
The initial focus of the drilling will be on Etango North-East, where high-priority targets have emerged following a rock chip sampling program conducted in December 2024. Following the completion of the drilling at Etango North-East, the team will redirect efforts to Swakopmund, concentrating on targets identified through a recent horizontal-loop electromagnetic survey.
CEO Warrick Clent emphasized that the engagement of Hammerstein Drilling represents a significant milestone for Connected Minerals, setting the stage for the commencement of drilling in April. “The commencement of drilling will be a major milestone for Connected Minerals and will build on the encouraging targets we have identified at both projects during our field work to date,” he stated.
